Paola is cold-extracted below 25°C to preserve everything that matters: flavour, fragrance, and feeling.

Paola’s Picual is powerful and patient. Thanks to its naturally high oleic acid content (around 80%), it handles high heat with ease. Roast with it, sear with it, or swirl it over a slice of bread. It’s made to perform but also to simply be enjoyed.
