Welcome to Paola EVOO s.r.o. (“Paola”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We operate this online store and website (the “Services”), offering you carefully sourced products, information, features, and tools.

Paola offers premium extra virgin olive oil produced in La Mancha, Spain. As a natural product, minor variations in color, taste, and aroma may occur between harvests.
We aim to describe and display our products accurately. However, images may differ slightly depending on your device settings.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of bottles that have been opened. Only sealed, unused products are eligible for return in accordance with our [Refund Policy].
We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or update descriptions at any time.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive a confirmation email.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Cancellations may not be possible once an order has been confirmed.
Your purchases are intended for personal use only and not for resale.

4. Prices and Billing

All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes (where applicable) are calculated at checkout or payable upon delivery.
Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment details and confirm you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the European Union and internationally. Estimated delivery times are:

  • 3–7 business days within the EU

  • Longer for international shipments, depending on location and customs clearance.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Paola EVOO s.r.o. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Once we transfer products to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and for any customs duties or import taxes due in their country.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, product designs, packaging, text, images, and content on our website are owned by Paola EVOO s.r.o. and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content, branding, or designs without prior written permission.
